- If we provide you any piece of information such as; password or user identification code during the security procedure, it’s always confidential. Do not disclose it to the third-party. Also, we have the right to disable password/identification code of any user at any time.
Your Personal Information:
- When you order from publicpharma.com, we may ask you to set up your account, which may include your name, e-mail address and credit card number (this is optional).
- We may use your personal information for; verifying your identity, enabling payments, refunding product, and for preventing you from fraud/other criminal felonies.
- We protect your account information from unauthorized sites. We will not give any of your personal information to any third-party unless we are legally bound to do so.
- By agreeing to these terms, you allow us to check your details through our identity verification services.
Once your order has been processed, shipping address cannot be changed. Make sure you type in the correct address while placing the order. We do not change any address as we only copy/paste it and send to the shipping department. So, make sure your address is not wrong. If, in any case, the address you sent us was wrong then notify us within 24 hours of placing your order. If you were unable to do this, then there will be no reshipment of your order. However, we do care for our customers, so your loss will be compensated. The way of doing that is:
- Place a new order.
- Get some of the pills from your previous lost package on every order.
This way, we ensure both your and our benefit. A strong and trustworthy business relation is what we want.
If there is an unavailability of your ordered product, you will get notified by us as soon as possible, and we will also refund your payment promptly.
If there is any other product available, alternative to the one you ordered, you will be notified of that also.

We use different shipping methods depending upon, from which partner country your order is being shipped. In the unlikely event you do not receive your order Public Pharma will offer you a free of charge re-shipment for your order. Please, notify us of any problems with your order as soon as possible or within 3 days of receiving your order. Complete reshipment policy is written on top of this page, kindly refer to that.
For USA Customers:
We ship via FedEx and USPS http://www.usps.com, Delivery time is 2 weeks, at max.
For UK Customers:
We ship to the UK Customers via parcel force and delivery time is 2 weeks.
Total time for delivery is based on the amount of time it takes to get payment authorization, order processing, and the transit time from the carrier. You will receive an email once the order has been shipped to you. From the moment that you receive the email notifying you that your order has been shipped, the shipping time officially begins.
We offer fast shipping option throughout the world. You will receive your medications between 4-7 business days after order fulfilment is complete (and you have received email notification that your order has been shipped).
Returns and Refunds
Due to federal and local laws we cannot receive medication back after they were shipped.
Once you receive your medications, we will only provide a reshipment if the product is faulty, damaged during shipping, or expired. If there are any problems with your order, please notify us within three days of receipt at firstname.lastname@example.org. Your claim will be carefully studied, and appropriate steps will be taken immediately to avoid similar problems in the future.
If the product that has been delivered to you is damaged during the shipping process, then you will need to inform us within 3 days. You will be referred to our assessment department who will ask for images showing the extent of damage. Once the damage has been analyzed we will re-ship the quantity of product that was damaged. In this case the shipping charges will be paid by the customer or the reship will happen as listed above under Reship Policy.
If the product that you have ordered is not available in stock then instead of offering a refund we will ship the best alternate product having same potency but from a different brand under a different label.
If you feel you are entitled to a refund, please notify us directly instead of contacting your credit card company. We cannot offer a refund if you first make a claim directly with your credit card company.
Public Pharma will only provide a refund for complaints received within 45 days from the date of the shipment.
